It is our hope that you will consider the benefits of the Parent Newsletter Program from Academy Publishing, Inc. Rest assured that if contracted, we will provide you with truly impressive publications at an absolute minimum of cost and effort on your part.
Our contract provides for publishing a minimum of four to a maximum of six issues per year that are professionally designed and printed in your school's colors and that are eight pages in length. The only cost the school will incur is the postage to mail them home to the parents at non-profit rates. Advertising covers all other costs. (Issues that exceed eight pages in length will incur additional charges and extend turnaround time, which is ten business days.)
The first step is to provide us with dates that you wish to produce your newsletters. We will check to assure that we can meet your schedule or offer minor adjustments. This is a service, so we do the work. Your responsibility will be to provide your articles and photos on schedule, then to proof, correct, and approve each issue before printing. That's it. We do everything else.
